Refund Policy

At Snarkz, every T-shirt is made to order — created with care, individuality, and attitude.
We want you to love every piece you wear, so this policy explains when refunds or replacements are available and how to request them.
1) Custom-Made Items (Change of Mind)
Because all Snarkz products are custom-made and printed on demand, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer-related reasons, including:
- 
Change of mind or personal preference
 - 
Incorrect personalization details or design files provided (for example, misspelled text or wrong artwork)
 - 
Ordering the wrong size, color, or product type
 
Please review size charts, color options, and personalization details carefully before checkout.
Each piece is made especially for you — a reflection of your unique style.
2) If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to report one of the following issues:
- 
Damaged product: torn fabric, severe stains, or broken accessories
 - 
Manufacturing defect: blurred print, faded colors, or printing misalignment
 - 
Wrong item received: different size, color, or design than ordered
 
For approved cases, you can choose between a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
3) How to File a Claim (within 60 days)
To report an issue, please email: support@snarkz.com
Include the following information in your message:
- 
Your order number
 - 
A short description of the issue
 - 
Clear photos or a short video showing the problem (required)
 
Our support team will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
In most cases, you will not need to return the defective or damaged item.
4) Resolution & Refund Timeline
- 
Replacement: We’ll remake and ship your item at no extra cost.
 - 
Refund: Issued to your original payment method once approved.
Banks typically process refunds within 5–7 business days after confirmation. 
5) Cancellations & Order Changes
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase (for example, fixing an address or adjusting text).
After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled, as it is custom-made for you.
6) Additional Notes
- 
If a return is requested for a defective or incorrect item, Snarkz covers the return shipping cost.
 - 
We do not accept size exchanges or style swaps for made-to-order items.
 - 
Packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require a reshipment fee.
