At Snarkz, every T-shirt is made to order — created with care, personality, and bold self-expression. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your custom apparel.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

Production Time: 4–6 business days
(time needed to print, assemble, and prepare your custom product)

Shipping Time: 5–8 business days
(transit time after the package leaves our facility)

Total Estimated Delivery: 9–14 business days from the order date
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Costs & Carriers

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $3.95 for orders under $140

• Free Shipping: Orders of $140 or more qualify for free standard shipping

We work with FedEx, USPS, and other trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
The final shipping cost is always calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number.
You can use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your package in real time.

Shipping Address & Taxes

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee may apply.

Taxes: Sales tax is calculated at checkout according to state and local laws.

Additional Notes

• Snarkz currently ships within the United States.

• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
